We are looking for a UX Designer focused on analyzing and designing interaction scenarios for people using digital, hybrid, and voice channels, including emerging technologies. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional areas like Risk and Legal to deliver detailed experience definitions—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Lead interaction scenario analysis across digital, hybrid, and voice channels
- Define information architecture to support clear and usable experiences
- Design end-to-end user flows and interaction behaviors for key journeys
- Create wireframes and mockups to communicate UX intent and structure
- Build interface designs using components from the global design system
- Prototype solutions in Figma to validate interactions and visual direction
- Extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Coordinate with product and engineering to align requirements and delivery
- Partner with Risk and Legal to ensure experience definitions meet constraints
- Define patterns and components aligned with design system standards
- Apply motion design principles where they improve usability and feedback
- Explore emerging technologies such as AI and IoT to inform experience concepts
Requirements
- 3+ years UX design experience in digital products or similar roles (Product Designer, Interaction Designer, Service Designer)
- Consulting experience working with stakeholders and advising on UX decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with product and technology teams plus areas like Risk and Legal
- Strong information architecture skills for structuring content and flows
- Strong interaction design skills for defining behaviors and user journeys
- Strong UI design skills using components from a global design system
- Figma proficiency at intermediate or expert level for interface design and prototyping
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills for extracting insights
- Motion design knowledge and practice for digital experiences
- Design system knowledge including Atomic Design plus pattern and component definition
- Strong understanding of digital and hybrid platforms and services (in-person and digital)
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
- Basic Spanish proficiency (A1)
