We are looking for a Remote Part-Time IT Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is ready to innovate using Google Cloud, AI tools, and automation technologies. Your work will enhance legal workflows, improve team efficiency, and support critical data-driven decisions.

Position Overview
As a key member of our internal tech team, you will support cross-departmental initiatives, automate tasks, and help implement generative AI solutions. You will also assist with maintaining system functionality, developing internal tools, and producing dashboards and reports using platforms like Google Cloud Studio, Google AppScript, Google AI Studio, Google Cloud, and Looker Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Google Apps Script for Google Workspace tools like:

Google Sheets
Google Forms
Google Docs
Google Drive

• Implement and optimize API integrations between internal systems and Google Cloud services.

• Build and deploy AI solutions using Gemini in Google AI Studio and explore integration with alternative AI platforms OpenAI, Deekseek, Copilot, etc.

• Collaborate with department supervisors to develop custom internal tools and scripts that streamline business operations and improve data accuracy.

• Assist departments with data extraction, transformation, and visualization using Looker Studio.

• Troubleshoot Computer-based issues found across different team members from the different departments of the office

• Be able to remote on their devices, install updates and provide assistance as needed using tools such as Google Remote, Team Viewer Etc.

• Provide solutions to in-house team members and their in-house devices, security cameras, and other tech based artifacts that might experience tech issues.

Ensure system security and compliance with firm-wide protocols and data protection requirements.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide user support across departments, and maintain documentation.

• Participate in planning meetings to ensure tech projects are delivered on schedule and meet project goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Google Workspace Admin Console and Google Cloud-based tools.

• Expertise in Google Apps Script, JSON,JAVAscript and APIs for automation and any other code languages is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform, Google AI Studio, and Google Cloud Logging.

• Experience creating data pipelines and dashboards in Google Looker Studio.

Familiar with emerging AI technologies and their real-world application.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple concurrent projects.

• Prior experience in supporting remote teams and maintaining secure cloud environments.

Technical & Security Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet and uninterrupted electricity.

• A secure, updated laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone.

• Anti-virus and malware protection installed

• Quiet and professional remote workspace.

Work monitoring software must be installed on a designated work profile to ensure data security during work hours only.
Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)

• Compensation: $850 USD per month

• Schedule: Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST Pacific Standard Time.

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
