Customer Service Representative (Advanced English) – Lima, Peru
Full-Time | In-Office | U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

Salary: S/.2,500/month (trial period) → S/.3,000/month after trial
Job Type: Full-Time (48 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible

About Us

H&C Construction LLC is a U.S.-based home remodeling company known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We’re expanding our operations in Lima, Peru, and seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least 3 years of experience and strong English communication skills. Full training on our processes, systems, and services will be provided.

Job Summary

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, project updates, and billing processes. You will also support the sales process by following up on leads and helping to close deals, while maintaining accurate client data in our CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on sales leads and provide detailed service information.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses.
  • Track project schedules and update clients on milestones.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
  • Process and manage staged/incremental billing and payments.
  • Update client information and project data in CRM systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry and generate basic reports.
  • Take on additional administrative or support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
  • Advanced English (C1 level) – evaluated during the interview process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, especially for billing and payment schedules.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the construction or remodeling industry.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Trial period (2 months): S/.2,500/month
  • Post-trial: S/.3,000/month
  • Bonuses: Half-month salary in July and December
  • Additional Benefits: Paid holidays, vacation time, and private health insurance
  • Training provided – you’ll receive full onboarding and support to succeed in your role.

Schedule

  • Full-time, in-office role in Lima, Peru
  • Work aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (30-minute lunch)

Schedule may vary slightly based on business needs.
