Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help teams understand data and make informed decisions.
• Work with various teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data collection and cleaning processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Use advanced data analysis tools and statistical methods to perform predictive and segmentation analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with IT teams and developers to improve data sources and analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and database queries.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistical techniques and predictive models.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings in a simple way to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques and tools such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
