The Team and The Job

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team made up of IT, data, and business professionals, working together to deliver valuable insights through data. You’ll collaborate closely to develop dashboards that support both management and operational decision-making.

As a BI Data Analyst, your role will be key in delivering data analysis and building dashboards alongside our application engineers and business experts. The position is fully remote, so self-management, discipline, and flexibility to coordinate with teams in different time zones are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex data into strategic insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, tailored to evolving business needs and integrated with multiple data sources.
• Build complex SQL queries and use Excel for complementary analysis
• Identify improvement opportunities in internal processes, automate tasks, and enhance data delivery and quality.
• Integrate dashboards with APIs and tools like Azure Data Factory.
• Work alongside data engineers and other specialists to standardize approaches and ensure consistent data management across the organization.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Strong skills in designing and optimizing interactive, scalable dashboards.
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to corporate audiences.
• Intermediate experience with Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, M, DAX, Python, R, and Azure Data Factory.
• Ability to write complex queries and understand advanced data structures.
• Experience in remote or multicultural teams is a plus.
• Minimum English level: B2 (intermediate).
• Availability to work under an exclusivity contract.
