American Marketing is seeking a dedicated Remote Hotel Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Hotel Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple hotels.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from guests and potential guests of hotels.
  • Handle reservations over the phone and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
  • Provide support to guests who are currently staying at the hotels.
  • Utilize popular Property Management Systems used by independent hotels to manage reservations and guest information.
  • Respond to messages through various integrations promptly and professionally.
  • Issue electronic keys and assist with any technical difficulties related to key access.
  • Manage multiple hotels simultaneously, ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company.
