Money is ok if you’re still in school, easy job
Customers, stressful during busy hours
As a manager I made $11 an hour and would be doing every job in the store in 90 degrees+ kitchen and got treated poorly by my general manager. Would work 70+ work weeks because we were so understaffed and it is like this at most locations. Horribly dirty and no matter how much I tried to clean it being understaffed you can never catch up, multiple occasions should have closed the store but the regional manager told us to stay open. From things like no hot water to sewage water backing up into the back of house. Would never eat there in my life.
Horrible pay, long shifts, expensive poor quality food.
I knew coming into working as a server that the pay would be low and the hours would be long. However, working at my location was more of a drain on my time and resources than it was worth. Competition between servers for seating tables isn't uncommon, but management preference definitely played a part on who got the prime seating sections and, therefore, the most tables and tips. I did enjoy getting to know my coworkers, but the predatory attitude wasn't worth the struggle. I don't think I ever took a single break even during 8 or more hours on shift.
Occasional leftovers from lunch buffet, good tips if you were assigned a good section.
No breaks, long hours, clear managerial preferences and prejudices.
Fue el primer lugar donde trabaje con prestaciones, por lo que para mí fue emocionante aprender a hacer de todo y lo hice en poco tiempo Los compañeros que tuve tenían excelente trabajo de equipo y eso hacía el ambiente laboral bastante bueno, El horario en ese entonces era normal y si había necesidad de que trabajaras horas extras las pagaban sin problema siendo el pago semanal en efectivo cada jueves pero después se cambió a tarjeta de débito, El único pero que le pondría a esos años es que no había desarrollo intento y si querías ser jefe de piso o asistente o gerente de tienda no podías porque se contrataban por fuera, la empresa publicaba en periódico en fecha determinada cuando y en donde se harían entrevistas y exámenes a aspirantes a gerentes y eso me desanimó y preferí irme cuando vi que no habría nada pero tuve un excelente gerente que siempre me habló con la verdad, El día de hoy casi no hay sucursales en México y si tuviera oportunidad me encantaría regresar.
Gran ambiente laboral con horas extras pagadas en su momento, en ese entonces apoyo con horarios de medio tiempo a estudiantes
No había desarrollo a puestos gerenciales porque la empresa contrataba externamente, aparte el sueldo era poco más del minimo
Will not recommend to anybody, underpaid salary , too much responsibility no bonus, the people on the top always looking for themselves, alot of pressure from the people above
Just a small pizza with no more toppings than four
Overworked and underpaid. They really watch the food count. Everything understandably has to be measured out to control food costs. Depending on the management, it is easy to get written up constantly.
Employee meal. It helps.
Nasty when it comes to sanitation.
Try to move up in the company and they won't let you succeed also the pay is horrible. They rather pay people who isnt with a squat more money than the people who work their butts off for the company. There promises are empty and don't go anywhere. If you're looking for a 15cent raise then this is the company for you...
When I first started it was great, hours were good the people were pretty cool. After the first year it started to get bad the higher ups treated the store managers horribly, it got so bad we would have a new manager every couple of months. All of the employees hired had been useless, nobody showed up to work including the managers. The only good thing about it towards the end was the money, it paid pretty well for drivers. Every one else however was paid pretty bad for what the had to deal with especially the managers. In conclusion I would never suggest anyone to work here unless your desperate
