I would not recommend working there. The mangament is not very proper in her position. A lot of favoritism. Also there is no benefits and the pay rate needs to higher then 11.

A little of hard place to get to for me ,otherwise one of the more enjoyable warehouse roles I have been involved in, Family like company made everything less difficult when work seemed hard,fun team,company goals not a bad word comes to mind when reviewing my role for employment within the Freedom company

The store was right next to a ghetto and the staff was extremely disrespectful to those that had less than them. The manager was disrespectful and didn't listen to her staff's needs.

Typical day was fast paced from the first thing in the morning to last thing at the end of the day. Learned much. Management was accessible and easy to talk to. The hardest part of my job was getting everything done in 8 hrs per day. Loved my co-workers

I worked for the agency called Freedon, which assigned me to Kirchoff - a car manufactturing plant that assembles various car parts. The work place is a busy one, However, the workers are not properly protected from welding flares from the 2 man assembly machines. The flares jump over the barrier and lands into the workers who are inadequately protected from hot objects from the air.
This work place is good for people who can not find job elsewhere. Good for temporary work only.

Not good for long term job, as the pay is not commensurate of the amount of work done and the safety of the workers.
