About Zeno Worlds

Zeno Worlds is a growing outsourcing company specializing in placing highly skilled, AI-fluent Executive Assistants with American businesses across multiple industries. We don't just want assistants — we want people who use artificial intelligence as a core part of how they work. If you think in systems, communicate with clarity, and treat AI tools like a superpower rather than a novelty, we want to meet you.

We hire across Latin America — as long as you're within 1–2 hours of Eastern Time (ET), you're in our zone.

What You'll Do

  • Support US-based executives and business owners with day-to-day operations
  • Draft, manage, and organize communications in professional English on behalf of clients
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to write, research, summarize, automate, and problem-solve
  • Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, vendor communications, and project tracking
  • Manage documents, reports, and data across platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest AI-driven solutions
  • Adapt quickly across different industries and client needs

Who We're Looking For

  • Advanced English (C1 or above) — non-negotiable. You will be writing and speaking professionally with American clients daily
  • Genuine, hands-on experience using AI tools
  • Based in Latin America within ET ±2 hours (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Mexico City, etc.)
  • Own computer in good working condition and a stable, fast internet connection at home
  • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, aligned to Eastern Time (40 hrs/week)
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently without micromanagement
  • Previous experience in administrative, coordination, or executive support roles

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting US-based companies remotely
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Notion AI, or other automation platforms
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or operations-heavy industries
  • Knowledge of CRM or project management platforms (JobNimbus, Asana, Monday, HubSpot, etc.)
